RESOLUTION NO. 268

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON REAPPOINTING ROBERT W. HAMILTON TO SERVE AS MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE FROM JANUARY 1, 2006 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2009.

Whereas, the Town contracts with the Town of Wilkeson for police and judicial services, and

Whereas, Robert W. Hamilton has previously been nominated by the Mayor and approved by the Town Council to act as municipal court judge, and

Whereas, Robert W. Hamilton is a licensed attorney in the State of Washington and is willing to act as municipal court judge for the Town of South Prairie.

Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington do hereby resolve as follows:

Section 1: Robert W. Hamilton is hereby appointed as the municipal court judge for the Town of South Prairie through December 31, 2009.
