TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, WASHINGTON

AN ORDINANCE creating and establishing a new fund in the accounting system of the Town of South Prairie to be known as the Claims Clearing Fund.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
SOUTH PRAIRIE, WASHINGTON

Section 1. There is hereby created and established a new fund in the accounting system of the Town of South Prairie to be known as the Claims Clearing Fund.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.

Passed by the Town Council and approved by the Mayor of the Town o South Prairie, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of January, 1987.
