ORDINANCE NO. 426

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 406 WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 392 WHICH ESTABLISHED A LOADING ZONE ON WASHINGTON STREET, SET FORTH CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE LOADING ZONE AND ESTABLISHED PENALTIES.

Whereas, Ordinance No. 406 amended Ordinance 392 which was passed on the 13^th day of June, 2000, and

Whereas, Ordinance No. 392 has been repealed with the passage of Ordinance 425 and Ordinance No. 406 is no longer necessary.

Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington do ordain as follows:

Section 1: That Ordinance No. 406 is hereby repealed.

Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
