ORDINANCE NO. 425

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 392 WHICH ESTABLISHED A LOADING ZONE ON WASHINGTON STREET, SET FORTH CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE LOADING ZONE AND ESTABLISHED PENALTIES.

Whereas, Ordinance No. 392 which was passed on the 13th day of June, 2000 established a loading zone on Washington Street, set forth conditions for the use of the loading zone and established penalties, and

Whereas, the ordinance has not been enforced and is not necessary.

Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington do ordain as follows:

Section 1: That Ordinance No. 392 is hereby repealed.

Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
