ORDINANCE NO.234

AN ORDINANCE of the Town of South Prairie Council Requiring Applicants for Zoning or Subdivision Actions to Pay for Consultant Services Related to the Review of their Application.

WHEREAS, the Town of South Prairie Municipal Code requires applicants for land use actions to make application to the Town; and

WHEREAS, Town of South Prairie must, from time to time, hire outside consultants to assist in reviewing these plans and land use applications; NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of South Prairie:

Section 1. The Town of South Prairie shall charge applicants for all land use actions and plan reviews 100 percent of the charges incurred by the Town in reviewing said applications. A Town Administrative Fee of actual costs, not to exceed ten percent of said review charges, will also be charged.
