ORDINANCE NO. 427

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON APPROVING THE CROSS CREEK SHORT PLAT, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.

Whereas, Michael C. Goode, Willowbrook Construction LLC., Enumclaw, Washington has applied for a final plat approval of Cross Creek Short Subdivision, and

Whereas, the final plat approval has been reviewed by Mark Kask, Town Planner, and

Whereas, it is found that the plan is complete and meets with the requirements of South Prairie Code Section 15.08.070, Unified Development Ordinance, subject to completion of conditions and submittals, and

Whereas, additional conditions and submittals are required for final plat approval, and

Whereas, the plat is in conformity with the Comprehensive Plan, and

Whereas, prior to the passage of this ordinance the Town Council is to receive confirmation by the Town Planner that all outstanding issues as set forth in the Town Planner's report of March 5, 2002 have been satisfied.

Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington do ordain as follows:

Section 1: The final plat for Cross Creek Subdivision is hereby approved.

Section 2: If any provision of this ordinance, or ordinance repealed or modified by this ordinance, is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this ordinance, and the ordinance modified by it, shall remain in force and affect.

Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law
