ORDINANCE NO. 232

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH PRAIRIE, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON RE-DESIGNATING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF 726 CARRIAGE ROAD CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES, FROM AGRICULTURAL OPEN SPACE TO TIMBER WEN SPACE.

Whereas, request has been made by Gerald D. Kuranco & Jean Kuranco, his wife, to request to Pierce County to re-designate certain real estate located in the vicinity of 726 Carriage Road, South Prairie, Washington consisting of approximately 23 acres, legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference as if set out in full, as open space timber classification from an open space agricultural classification, and

Whereas, a public hearing was set.

 

Now, therefore, the Town Council of the Town of South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington do ordain as follows:

 

Section 1: That real estate located in the vicinity of 726 Carriage Road, South Prairie, Pierce County, Washington, legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference, consisting of approximately 23 acres, be re-designated from an agricultural open space classification to a timber open space classification in accordance with the applicable application as set forth in the RCWs.
